About Us
Move and Talk Therapy is a proud part of West Oak Medical Clinic. We are located in the Palermo Professional Building at Dundas Street and Bronte Road in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Together, we work collaboratively with pediatricians, family physicians, medical specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure our highest level of knowledge and collaboration to best suit the needs of our clients. We provide coaching, consultations, assessments and one-on-one intervention from infancy to adulthood, in the areas of speech, language, feeding, sensory-regulation, and fine & gross motor skills.
Our team is proud of our valuable collaboration with community daycares and schools across Halton, Peel, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). And, when we can't get to you and you can't get to us... we offer tele-therapy/online services.

We offer a wide range of therapies for all ages. Our trained therapists work closely with individuals and families to help achieve goals. We provide a stimulating, fun, and energetic approach to our work and are dedicated professionals.
Our experienced speech language pathologists, occupational therapists and music therapists provide a broad range of individually tailored therapy services for children and adults in the comfort of their home, school, daycare or office. We are registered professionals and our professional services are covered under most private insurance plans.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hr cancellation policy
Are services covered by OHIP?
While our services are not covered under OHIP, We are a team of Registered Therapists (SLPs, OTs, and MTs for short!). This means that we are part of most services covered by your insurance benefit plan in Ontario. Not sure if you are covered? Ask your provider.
Do you have a physical location?
Yes, we are located in Oakville Ontario, close to Bronte Street and the QEW. Our address is: 2525 Old Bronte Road Suite 200. Oakville Ontario
Will I receive an insurance certificate?
Yes! Within 24-48 hours following your appointment you will be emailed an insurance receipt. Please note that your file is updated with the correct name that you wish to appear on it.
What areas do you service?
We service Stoney Creek, Niagara, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Hamilton, Burlington, Milton, Brampton, Caledon, Orangeville, Oakville, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto (GTA), and Downtown Toronto, and via Online and Teletherapy and in-person visits.
